Normalt er vores messe en lukket fagmesse, men nu åbner vi dørene for en helt særlig oplevelse: Vi giver forhandlere mulighed for at invitere deres kunder med til disse inspirerende messedage.
Gæsternes identifikation:
Alle gæster, der er inviteret af forhandlere, vil bære et neutralt navneskilt, der indeholder deres fornavn samt navnet på den forhandler, de er inviteret af. Dette sikrer, at leverandørerne ved, hvilke forhandlere gæsterne repræsenterer, samtidig med at gæsterne får en professionel og god oplevelse.
Leverandørernes rolle:
Leverandørerne på messen vil fokusere på at informere om deres produkter og give en grundig gennemgang af de nyeste produkter, funktioner og muligheder. I samtalerne må du kun oplyse vejledende salgspriser.
Forhandleres opgave er:

WEEK 38:
SHIPMENT OF COLLECTIONS TO THE VIPtour:
If you can't bring your collection yourself, you can send your collection to our office adress:
Vendor aps, Skovstien 3, DK 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
The shipment must be delivered on our address Tuesday 26, August. Please notice us in advance. We will arrange the return of you collection in the week after the VIPtour. Forwarder will be arranged individually and the costs will be charged afterwards.
Normally, our trade fair is a closed professional event, but now we are opening the doors for a very special experience: We are giving the distributors the opportunity to invite their customers to this inspiring VIPtour.
Guest Identification:
All guests invited by distributors will wear a neutral name tag that includes their first name and the name of the distributor who invited them. This ensures that suppliers know which distributor the guests represent, while also providing the guests with a professional experience.
Your role as a Supplier:
The suppliers at the fair will focus on informing about their products and providing a thorough overview of the latest products, features, and possibilities. During conversations, You must only provide indicative recommended enduser prices.
The task of the Distributors:
At the fair, it is the distributor's task to show and guide their customers through the opportunities that the suppliers exhibit, and after the fair, it is their task to provide your customers with offers based on the information and branding opportunities they have shown their customers together with you.
